He was born in Marousi, Attica, with family roots from Prophet Elias, Nafplio.
Graduated from the 2nd Unified Lyceum of Argos in 2002 and was admitted to Faculty of Law of Democritus University of Thrace, where he completed his studies in 2007. In 2007, he began his legal traineeship at the law firm of Georgios Papanikolaou and Efthymios Tsigas, which was completed in May 2009. Since then, he has been a member of the Athens Bar Association.
He practices litigation (active legal practice) with appearances in all first- and second-instance civil and criminal courts, gaining extensive experience in litigation representation as well as in providing advisory legal services.
He has been for many years an external collaborator of a bank handling a variety of banking matters and legal advisor of the Legal Entity of Public Law (N.P.D.D.) named «N. Em. Fafoutis Foundation».
